The solution lies in MBA. Pursuing MBA one can amalgamate his/her skills with management rendering rampant growth to his career as well as the package. This question puts everyone in jeopardy; which higher education, one should take the plunge in since, we all know that the candidate with a higher degree is favorable to the recruitment than the one with a mere experience and no higher degree.
But I'll stick only with MBA. MBA is the Competitive era. MBA in itself can make your career leap from a nobody to a Manager, which usually takes years of years. We can look at the instances; All the dignified positions in an organization are usually occupied by an MBA. One is not left with any other choice, other than pursuing MBA since, all the employers today ask for an MBA degree as a must, so one has to take a dig & join the hoards of MBA's. But the college name does make a difference to some extent. But at last, you'll be an MBA & that in itself settles your life for the time impending to come. Although it makes one ponder- the two years duration & the staggering fee. But every this is possible if constraints, one is hesitant to join it, then is working along with studying . And believe you the benefits, that you never dreamt of it has definitely become an need of an hour. "First impression is the last impression & your MBA will be your first impression.
